I would like to see magazine restrictions added to the list
And I do like the extensive training idea, we might find some of these people actually work their fantasy out on the rifle range rather than a cinema. And in the back of my mind, I think the instructors at these course have a chance to notice someone who is a little 'off' so to speak

Be it resolved, by overwhelming support, that minors, those with a history of violent crime, and those with a history of severe mental illness, be prohibited from purchasing a firearm. Be it further resolved that the War on Drugs must be ended immediately, in order to make our streets safer.
