Calling them a hate group sure will scare them.

I would like to take away any tax exemptions they may have but yeah it's just the lawsuit they're looking for.

The problem with the tax-exempt is that they do not really support a candidate or openly side with a political party. They just speak their ignorant views.
IIRC they need to openly support a candidate or a party in order to have their tax exemption revoked.

What I don't understand is their modus operendi.
They are protesting at soldiers funerals because they claim that God hates fags. Huh?
I could maybe see the stretch if the soldier was gay but......if the dude or chick is straight and dies in a helicopter crash in Iraq, what the hell does that have to do with fags?
