You know what might chill some of this problem? Sexual liberation. Move away from the stigmas and taboos and just let people get it out of their systems.

Not practical, I know, but damn. People be horny, frustrated, and probably more than a little pissed in a lot of cases.

Emerald, we need the same too. That would be nice to have here. We have the Guardian Angels, but they come when there's an immediate threat, then go elsewhere when that threat is abated. I personally would rather have support of the community than to go all vigilante with a gun. Hopefully this will be ok with lnrw without some snide remark that I'm now going to be raped or something.
