I think that exactly kind of change is happening right now as we speak. The system we have devised isn't incredibly stable. Frankly it's a wonder we outlasted the USSR.

Creating apocalypses to make the world safe for "democracy" has been our modus operandi to keep the western hemisphere free of communism. Care to comment on any of that?

Nope... I don't engage in discussion on collateral damage of modern foreign policy. Pain is not something anyone should feel, but in global terms, where we are going is more important than the ugly details of western foreign policy. If you care that people die while we manipulate other nations politically, you should be talking about our culture, not whether or not our career-jarhead heads of state are making intellectual decisions about other people's safety.
