The State of Wyoming actually named my SISTER as the FATHER of her grandchild after the school counselor told my niece how to get state aid instead of getting off her dead ass and getting a job like my sister had insisted on. Seriously, they scratched through "Father, Step Father, Boyfriend" after the blank line where they filled in her name. They knew who the father was and didn't even try going after that piece of trash. They just followed the money.
They were going to go after my mom cause she had money, but she actually had enough money and clout that they decided not to go after a woman who would have been happy to spend more f**k them over than paying them for teaching her granddaughter how to play Welfare Whore. Both mom and sis were already providing the support for the child anyways. If Mom had been younger or been able to convince me to take my grand niece in (f**k that noise), she would have taken custody and told them all to eat shit and die.
