The problem with having a useless GOP is that it means the Dems can offer the sh*ttiest product without fear of losing.
Cmon: Obama is one lame-ass president who squandered any potential he had and yet he trounced Romney because they're just THAT bad.
It's like anything else where you don't have choices: we as voters/constituents lose.
One would think that Obama winning in the first place would give the GOP pause but no, they in fact doubled-down on the fear-mongering, conspiracy theories (death panels!), racism, fauxrage and obstructionism and... ta-da! Look: here he is again, now with a second term.
What do they call doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results?

LOL yes I like that idea JKG however the GOP in its current state would fail miserably in your setup, based on what they run on/stand for right now.
