this is in LoDo near where i was staying when i was in denver. it's a bridge over train tracks. i have over 700 photos. jesus.

from a more recent trip to denver

this is in front of the capitol



this is across from the state house, it's like the city hall or something. i have never seen so much christmas decorations in my life. you can see santa on the roof, and at night the thing was glowing more than a casino in vegas. it also has a nice nativity on the steps. now it's more im amazed that some jackass hasn't gotten rid of it than that i care about it (christmas is a secular holiday)

i tried running to the top. when you run normally at about 300ft above sea level and then try to go running at 8k above sea level... kick my ass half way through. i was wheezing for like 30 minutes
