also that quote is talking about how the authority is there to do justice against wrongdooers, not to give alms to the poor. still, i won't use it in support of what i was talking about because i was discussing jesus

Of all the things we spend tax money on, we can't take care of our own? That's bizarre.
BTW enough of people complaining too about how "they" are personally paying for other people, which sounds a lot like 47%-ism.
You benefit either directly or indirectly from not having tons of dead/dying/sick people all over the country.
