As a very high risk flu candidate here (I fly overseas at least 12 times a year), I had a very good response from my flu shot this year. I've had a illness free fall and early winter even with flying microb incubators constantly.
This is the first time in years I've gotten a shot and it's also the first time in years I didn't get the flu. Even after spending a lot of time in Bird Flu/SARS central Guangzhou. Thank you toxins.

Personal anecdotes time?
I got 2 kids going to public school (unfortunately), and a wife who has sick people around all the time at work, no flu shots.
To keep it short, we dont get sick, and when we do its a half a day at best. My little one got to age 3 without much more then a sniffle before she got her 1st flu.
