Look I love me a good conspiracy theory more than the next guy, but even I can't get behind that one.

That, and the fact that the GOP has been on a hunt since day one to make [fill in the blank] "Obama's Waterloo."

Funny, all last year you could have picked THE ECONOMY and done just that, but no: instead we get this kind of nonsense.

Hint: if it's front & center on Drudge and FOX, you should probably ignore it.

I'm starting to believe that the real conspiracy here is that people like Michael Moore, as I mentioned, are controlling the GOP, guaranteeing years of Dem victory because they've made the GOP so absurd.

Again, this is all based on the absurd premise that somehow an attack on an embassy in... Libya... would somehow cause everybody to start questioning Obama's anti-terror credentials.

Ahem.

You do realize, right, that the previous president used the attack on US and every AQ attack after as the reason WHY we needed him? Cough, cough...

But these guys didn't want to simply say Obama screwed up. They wanted to make it his Watergate. From literally the day it happened (helloooo... Mitt Romney).

This is absolutely a self-inflicted wound for the GOP.

And here's the thing: as I've said dozens of times since November, the GOP hasn't learned a thing from that failure, they have in fact doubled down on all the loser issues that got them nowhere in the first place. Pretty amazing to watch.
