yes, they "vowed" even though in effect, they only blocked the three, which were nominated the day before senate went into proforma session and then the president went ahead and made "recess appointments". but whatever continue with your shtick of democrat apologies and vitriol for the gop in all things
they were never blocked. vowing to block them and actually ever blocking them are very different. as evidenced by the fact the senate has confirmed multiple people from obama to the nlrb i don't think it's true
what is true though is that obama acted illegally in doing what he did, unlike the senate repuiblicans who you think might have acted "illegally" in the future (to justify the democratic president's illegal use of power he does not possess). thankfully the court agreed. but it's was blatantly unconstitutional, like if he declared war on another country kind of unconstitutional
