Maybe just take a state and make it home for all the chickenshit pussies that are afraid of life. In their little state, they can ban everything. Who dreams up all this fear everything BS anyway? LOL

When I was a smoker I loved NYCs smoking ban in bars. Stepping outside to smoke wasn't a big ordeal but it kept me from mindlessly lighting up one cig after another which is easy to do after a few drinks. Also when I decided that I wanted to quit (absolutely unprovoked by any limitations of where I can smoke) it was much easier because of no smoking in bars.
Not saying that me personally liking it makes it great policy, just offering a perspective on it.
