Although it makes sense to over prepare for another attack and work toward the offensive instead of the defensive, but terrorists will always be one step ahead of security just like they always have been. I think it would be more beneficial to have someone trained and armed on every flight, or start training the flight attendants. Shoot and kill the person being fishy on the plane and allow me to not be frisked or ogled at while im those freaky scanners. i would feel safter with a trained professional with a gun on my plane than i am going through extra security...i mean people mess up on those security things. A friend of mine somehow managed to bring a ninja star from barcelona spain into NY and then into San Fran. and this was in 06.
