Ok, let me dumb this down a bit.
You said: So you're saying smoking anywhere I want isn't a right?
And I replied that no, it's not. Why is it not? Because as an employee of a business, I am literally handcuffed to that business. If you decide to light up in my business, I can't just "leave" to get away from the smoke that is deadly when inhaled. So I am literally being forced to breathe in your second hand smoke, which you have no right to force me to do. I have a right to a clean and safe workplace and that includes smoking.
I promise, nobody reading this had any trouble comprehending what I said. Only you. That says a lot about you.
