That will never happen. You can never have an automated traffic enforcement system, without a human being involved, affect your driving record. That will never pass. That is not happening in any city these have been installed in. They are not violations of a law, thus cannot affect your record.
As I have stated in the past, if there is a problem somewhere put a uniformed officer at that location. Give out real tickets with real consequences. But don't put up money generators on polls and claim its for safety and then move them to "higher performing" intersections when the money stream stops.
