The same DoJ that claims sticking a hellfire up your ass for being a suspected terrorist without charges or indictments is lawful.

Let me know when the DoJ has any legitimacy what so ever.
Then maybe ill give a rats ass about them going after a private firm on fraud.

....it's a government organization. They made a mistake somewhere and because they aren't perfect they got lambasted for it. I mean that's just ridiculous. The DOJ is worthless because they made that mistake, not some smaller lower level official...you know why Dell is going private again? Those commercials with that one guy...it's his fault.

And for the record, that gun issue screams interdepartmental corruption that got covered up. The prosecutor in charge, and this is my hypothesis, took money from cartels and opted to utilize an incomprehensible interpretation of search and seizure as well as probable cause. I'd never be able to prove it but I'd bet on it.
