i think that school should not be compulsory and in fact you should have to meet certain standards in able to attend public school. private schools can do as they wish.
i think this would solve most of the special education issues.

Kids should pass a mental and physical examination before they are allowed in public school, if youre a parent whose child is not normal then youre on your own.

I'm talking about the people with disabled children. On what basis are they being excluded from benefiting from their tax dollars and putting their kids into a public school?
