Could you imagine what the crime rate would be if our massive welfare system didn't exist?

Easy solution.
Install an automatic gate on the front door, portcullis style. Install a reinforced door in the back of the store. When the mob comes in and starts doing whatever, hit the button to slam the front door closed. Then go in the back and call the police. Sure, they may trash everything. But, since they can't escape, every single one of them goes to jail.

Oh - didn't realize they were outdoor stands.
Well, if I was the owner, I'd grab a tazer. Might not get all of them, but I'd get one. If that deterred them from doing it again, great. If not, then I get to use the tazer again!
