I don't think you guys understand that migration is a natural force that can't be stopped. If you seriously tried to physically stop them you would be overwhelmed by the numbers.

"Fixing Mexico" is not an adequate solution to the issue.

You are missing the point, if they came here and were paid a normal wage for a doing a normal days work like they should be then they could afford insurance, and a house and a car and to be able to participate as productive citizens like everyone else.

They are only a burden to us because we make it impossible for a hard working people to be self sustaining.

Further they don't go through the same immigration process as everyone else. They go through a process that is purposely being obstructed to citizens from Mexico to perpetuate a discriminatory and exploitative environment.

That system is corrupt and can be dismissed as a solution. That is what is unreasonable about it.

If anything due to their status as free trade partners under NAFTA Mexican nationals should be given preferential treatment when crossing our borders or immigrating here. They give this treatment to US citizens that travel to Mexico.

There's no Mexico border guards trying to keep Americans out. You can just walk right in any time you want to. We should be like that.
