some thoughts on this thread:
1. we haven't had legitimate "small-government" candidate for president since 1964, most Americans, from all age groups, support a large federal government, it's the specifics they disagree on.
2. enough of this shitting all over the Mellennials, my peers work extremely hard for increasingly diminishing returns, hundreds of thousands of Mellennials were willing to answer their country's call and serve in an unpopular mistake of a war...and ultimately win that war, we're probably the best educated generation in American history and certainly savvier than the two generation that proceeded it.
3. the boomerang generation snipe is a non-starter; 1. that's how most people, in most parts of the world (including this country) lived for thousands of years 2. all that shows is that getting started it harder than it used to be, we're still suffering from one of the worst economic crisis in modern history.
4. the kids want universal health care? so what? most modern countries have it...in fact that's bloody nice of them considering that it's the elderly who would benefit most.
