We can't continue on this spending path. Sequester isn't the best way to do it, but it has to happen somehow, and if the legislative branch is so inept that it can't keep its fiscal house in order, then I say sequester the hell out of it. The CBO said that sequestration would hurt in the short term, but be better for the country's finances in the long term. I'm inclined to agree.
Still wish we had cut things in a smarter, more calculated way though.
