It is impossible to comprehend anything outside of our senses. Even using technology, we are still beholden to our sight, touch, smell, etc. to interpret that evidence. In other words, we are unable to interact with non spatio temporal beings or forces, or even detect them. Which means, in a very real way, it is impossible to prove that God exists.
As I don't believe in anything without proof, it follows that God does not exist. Unlike you, I don't buy into mysticism and meaningless platitudes. I understand that when developing philosophy and ideas for humans, you need to cut out that which is unnecessary and impossible, rather than holding our thoughts up to a standard that is literally impossible to achieve.
As I said before, knowing with absolute certainty that the glass will fall off the table is a valid position, even if our understanding of gravity is incomplete.
