I invented the breast bud removal procedure for reasons of comparison when it was suggested that women don't have a right to voice an opinion on a procedure that only affects men's bodies.
I'm pretty sure many men would have an opinion on whether it mattered if women had breasts or not.
Anyway, most women (me included) would consider it a trivial matter that their partner was circumcised. Having said that, a foreskin does make a difference in some ways.
Some women prefer the look of a circumcised penis. I have no idea why, but there's no doubt they do.
