I don't think you understand the word "should". I didn't mean "ought to", I meant "under the condition". I'll try using words I think you'll understand: if this anti-science teabagger of yours happens to lose the election, what then?" Then they lose, that's what then. They have the same right to try to convince a school board to treat their bafflegab like real science, sure. And if they fail, they fail. And since their claims have no scientific merit, they should (as in "ought to") fail.
And all your talk of who does and doesn't have a right to dictate Kansan educational policy is a waste of air. No one's talking about actually forcing anyone to do anything, we're all just expressing our opinions on the matter here. So save your air.
