Watch that video again. Both were in the wrong. The guy for moving, the cop for going off the deep end and emptying almost an entire magazine into the guy that wasn't even holding a weapon. Is this what it has come down to? A cop has the right to blow your ass into oblivion because he can?

Sigmund Freud defined four parts of a psyche; the id, the ego, the superego and the stratego. The Stratego being the highest form of morality and scientific thinking.
