Ok, how exactly can anyone make a rational argument that because there were only 10 cases of voter fraud prosecuted that more didn't occur? They estimate 5% of all rape cases are prosecuted, so does that mean all of these women that say they were raped but no one went to jail for weren't actually raped?

Frequency of prosecution=/=frequency of occurrence.

And how is making sure you are who you say you are denying someone a right? As long as getting the ID required is free of charge, I don't agree with making someone pay for it, that's for sure.

that's because women are shamed or scared into not reporting it. that has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with voter fraud.

and as a libertarian why do you think it's okay to make laws based on things that might happen but there is currently no proof it has happened yet?

I support one person having one vote. If 10,000 people go from precinct to precinct voting then that could be 100,000 fraudulant votes. The chances of a single one being caught are just about 0. Does it mean it didn't happen?

Funny someone would consider themselves an American and not want to follow the rule of law. I am a libertarian, that means I support the constitution. I don't want anyone denied the right to vote, but I DO want to ensure that right is not taken advantage of.

It's kinda funny how its all liberals that seem to not care about the voter ID thing. That says a lot about the left. Not a single conservative saying they are against voter ID's. Why would the left not care about voter fraud? And again, citing a small number of prosecutions is a weak argument. Very few women are raped, so should we really care about that?
