Abortion needs to be allowed out of sheer utilitarian reality. But I've never once bought the argument that a fetus isn't a human being. It's like saying you didn't kill a butterfly, you just killed a chrysalis. Kind of misses the point, and drastically undermines the importance of the decision.

I wonder if these states that are for banning abortions has death penalties in place. If there are then isnt that hypocrisy?
