Alternatively, we can discuss the cost/benefits of all the legislation being made and the positive impact it'll have on fraud. I.E. - how much time was spent on this issue in a given assembly? How much money did a given state pay for it? And does the fraud prevented tip the scales in favor thereof utilizing a reasonable level of taxpayer's expense?
All of the evidence thus far points to a resounding no. Let us consider the Federal Courts turning all of these down.
That's a hell of a lot of wasted time, money, and attention.
