ok, ok...I want ya'll opinion on this. The Boo and I were talking last night and getting all law geek about this. We were both wondering if Citizens United would have any impact on this case. It seems the court there was extending 1st amendment rights to a business (or association)...this would seem to leave the door open for them to do it here.
I think this case is a big deal constitutionally. It's gonna draw some new lines for sure.

Not reading the whole thread but this is being gone about all wrong.
So what if they want to refuse service? For every one that refuses, there's 10 that won't. They'll be labeled and blacklisted and out of business soon enough - no need for lawsuits or supreme court cases about it. And if they manage to stay in business, well there's obviously enough to go around.
I can see where there's a need for a line (see: segregation) but I don't think sexual orientation is at that line unless no place will serve them.
