There is no law that says you have to treat them as well as any other group. I can give a discount to gun owners, soap box racers, or make up anything I want to discount and there's nothing you can do about that. I could provide a room for pregnant women that is not for other customers. And never tell the general public about it.

You will not defeat private prejudice with any law. But you will create more resentment.

If someone sold a pressure cooker to a terrorist, I'm guessing there would be a hue and cry for more discrimination. But they would call it something else.

Where people get confused is that there is no right to shop at a store. There is a right to enter private contract. So the state cannot intervene and say you can't shop at a store, which appears to be a right to shop, but the state should not likewise step in and enforce something that is not a right (to enter into contract with someone against their will).

Breaking this concept for civil rights sixty years ago had a significant impact on a significant problem. Today, it will not.
