When I asked, "Who the hell" I was thinking "in the city government". But, then again, I don't get why the developers should be held "innocent" either. I also kinda think the management of any facility with a plant of that type out to be understanding the nature of what can happen. And, honestly, I get kinda sick of dick heads who move into areas with long established industries then bitch about them being there when they were there in the first damned place. Those are all the folks available to put pressure on the City Gov to refuse building permitting. I mean really, people should kinda be aware of their surroundings.

You guys are all assuming they knew exactly what the plant was in the first place. I know of a lot of buildings around my area that I have no clue wth they are.

Honestly, it's not something most people would know. I can't fault the guy. It looks like he's far away enough from the fire if you don't know that fertilizer ain't something to f**k with.



I mean, any reasonable person without knowledge is going to think they're safe from the fire.
