Homosexuals have faced discrimination for much longer than any other oppressed class. Hatred for them is universal. They faced more violence than any other type of person, even more than blacks, who were just as hateful towards homosexuals as anyone else. Luckily, homosexuality can be concealed, which is exactly what has happened for most of history.
To argue that blacks had it worse is completely wrong, at least when it came to known or suspected homosexuals.
