Ya, see that's the part I don't f**k get. The guy doing the vid didn't perturb me much cause I don't know if he even knew what the plant was. It's the developers, city authorities and residents of the area that perturb me. I don't understand building, allowing the building and living next to the damned thing.
I knew that a flying lawn mower could possibly hit my house living next to an auxiliary airport. Didn't think much about it, but then shortly after we moved back here, one did hit the school a few blocks over. Oops. I rejected a gorgeous home at a reasonable price because while investigating I found out there was a sewer plant that smelled the area out when the wind changed direction. Another got rejected without checking it out because the area had been the industrial area a couple of decades ago and I didn't trust the "Reclamation" they claimed to have done.
There ain't no f**k way I would live within 10 miles of a fertilizer plant and I just can't imagine how anyone could approve residential construction near one. But, then again, too many RTW states seem to think it stand for Real Third World instead of Right to Work and will kiss a$$ to any businessman flashing a few dollars. To hell with the people living and working for a living near there.
