No, it doesn't create a condition of involuntary servitude. No one is forcing the hypothetical bigoted Christian wedding planner to plan any weddings at all. But if they want to do so as a business venture, they have certain rules by which they have to abide. I pointed this out already.

Being forced to serve is involuntary servitude. It was when slaves were forced to be slaves and it is when your force others to do your bidding. It's as simple as that.
