I think there is a severe bias here in that it appears conservatives have less of an understanding of how to operate the internet in general. Also, internet skews younger and thus more liberal.
That said, I think it's counterbalanced by the fact that conservatives tend to yell louder (see JLB)

It's true that they are louder as well, but go check out other active politics forums and it's more like 5/1 because they also greatly outnumber liberals.
