Against the IRS, sure. The right's attempt to pin this on the Obama Administration have no there there, though. I think the bit above, for example, about the reporter being hammered by the IRS in April of 2012 is just Galt throwing mud and hoping something sticks. The reporter was audited? Right after he interviewed Obama in April? Which is when one is supposed to file one's taxes? Shocking. And I loved this quote. "a fact that he dismissed as coincidence until the recent reports about the IRS targeting conservative groups". I submit that since he's not a conservative group who filed for tax-exempt status, his first guess was correct.
