I hardly ever drink anything any more if I know I'm going to be driving. But I don't see how this is seriously going to help anyone. I don't think the difference between .08 and .05 is noticeable in the normal person.

thing that bugs the shit-outta me is the alarming trend recently for the feds to want to crack down on...non-issues.
like gun violence DD-death have been going down for decades, and continue to go down. why change shit that's working? they'll push & push & push until they break it.

Here's an idea: how about a huge percentage of the population stop acting like irresponsible a-holes?
Hey I'm all for de-criminalizing things like drugs but when you drink and drive you are playing Russian Roulette except that it's not just your life in jeopardy, now it's others--and that's crossing the line.
