How do we know the judge forced this clause into their divorce or did so because she is a lesbian? I'd definitely have a problem with that if this is true.

Holding people accountable for something that actually matters is one thing.
This however is less than a triviality. The entire concept of a "morality clause" is so deeply idiotic it makes my temporal lobe shrink like a microwaved hot dog. Just one more thing that has no place in this millennium.
