Correct me if I'm wrong but I've always understood nationalism to mean "My country right or wrong," which is always a bad thing.
Whereas patriotism means being unafraid to address your country's flaws or mistakes, which nationalists would never do.
Amirite?
Where it goes to hell is when people call their nationalism "patriotism"?
