The soldier was not allowed by law the ability to defend himself with a weapon. I looked at the video and people were just standing around looking at the murderers. I guarantee that scene would not have occurred here in Phoenix. Every second person is carrying a handgun and knows how to use it here. I'm waiting for the anti-knife laws to be drafted in the UK.
