I think it's a right step in the right direction and I think gays should be happy they got what they got.

I know they want more - leaders being allowed to be openly gay - and that should be allowed at some point. But, some things need to be incremental, and the example above of the pediphile issues is a perfect reason for taking the incremental approach. Patience needs to be exhibited here.
