Allow everyone who does not receive direct supplemental income to vote. That includes SS, welfare, unemployment, health insurance subsidies, etc. If the government sends you money, or pays a bill on your behalf, you don't get to vote. This does not include tax rebates or credits.
Or not. Sounds like a good idea. But, I'm sure it wouldn't work. Honestly, our government is pretty balanced now. And everyone votes. I say we keep it the same.
